Welcome to the new South East Travellers page. We hope that this new series of events will reduce travelling time/distance for Phantom sailors who live towards the South East of the country. As this is new, we have put together a rather modest series of 4 events, with the best 3 results to count towards the overall result.
The events for 2020 are:
12/13th April - Shoreham SC (Easter regatta)
16th May - Downs SC (practice / training day)
17th May - Downs SC (open meeting)
13/14th June - Felpham SC (regatta)
3rd October - Broadwater SC (joint open meeting with South West region)
Whilst not all of these are dedicated Phantom events, if enough boats turn up we may get our own start. Otherwise we will simply extract the Phantom results from the handicap fleets.
We have tried to provide as much variation as possible. There is a mixture of 1-day and 2-day events, both on the sea and inland. We look forward to seeing as many Phantom sailors as possible at the events.
