Hi All
I cant make most of the SW winter events but am hoping to go to this one.
Anybody been before? What's launching etc like?

Launching is ok if the rides not too high.a couple of slip ways through a wall. Worst thing is a very low bridge, less than six foot under the railway. Other than that you'll be ok. Tidal estuary with some sand banks

Hi Gordon,
  I used to sail there, you can get normal car under bridge, anything bigger leave out side, high tide no problem, as it dries out but there is deep water channel right up ex estuary, only got 2 slips through gaps in wall, ok if people go through and get out of way, if they don't can be a pain in the arse, if you get wind over tide, can get very lumpy.

Wind forecast looking like light winds, early days I know but well see.
Oh well I need the practice in light stuff, anybody going who can measure a sail?
