Hi Rich
No come straight to the slipway, as its only us we wont use the grass. If your only coming for Sunday drop your boat on the beach and then park your car on the road as before.
Forgot on my list John Cooper.
Cheers

Rooster sailing have part sponsored the prizes so hopefully they will be useful.
Plus Office Design Works Ltd are sponsoring a spot prize of an Aquafleece pro lite to be drawn at the prize giving. :)

Sorry Gordon.   I love Lee as a place to sail and as a club to visit ....  I am sure it will be a great meeting.   Unfortunately I am running RYA 1/2 Saturday and I have a very important Ice Hockey meeting to attend all day Sunday to set next years leagues :-(
Bob I would say is unlikely due to the state of his knees ....  Ditto Nick ... Kenny is still away with work ....  so that leaves Mr. Bond and I do not know his plans...  probably depends what M says ... :-)    Have a great weekend and we will try and attend next year.

What a great turnout can't wait for the class flag (I'll bring one) to go up fly horizontal in the solent for the first race.
Computer problem that has prevented me from doing series results is now resolved. Unfortunately sailwave only works with windows otherwise I'd have done them on my phone or tablet. Will update 2017 asap...
Enjoy training and evening meal.
See you all Sunday

Hi All
Training has gone well, video challenging mostly shots of the coastbuster paunch and twerking (not a pretty site) but also some interesting rig shots.
Various champions not arriving due to van disasters  and rat infestations. But Slow has arrived looking shagged and promises to sail tomorrow.
The Belgrano should launch tomorrow rumour has it grey is the new off white!
Come and Join in 10.30 first start.
Regards
Gordon

Hi Gordon

Thanks for a great days racing.

I'm pretty sure that the Grey and Blue top is mine. (Is it Rooster?)
Could you look after it for me until we catch up next, (unless you happen know that Caroline and Nick Martin are heading up to Reading to see the family anytime soon).

Cheers

Thanks Gordon and team,
A hard days racing and a fleet of good sailors out there today. That's my excuse and I'm sticking to it !!
Nice club and look forward to returning.
Well Done Nick you were masterful...

Hi Gordon,

I can only reiterate what others have already said.

I know it can't have easy to convince the club to hold the event given the meagre attendance last time. Hopefully the healthy turnout this year will mean that Lee becomes a staple of the Southern series once again.

I still maintain it would be a good Nationals venue - it was great to be back.

Hi Gordon

Thank you for an extremely well run event in difficult conditions and great hospitality.

It's great to be back sailing at Lee and 100% should be a permanent fixture on the calendar.

Great to see the class building again with proper turnouts.

Well done to Ivan in getting momentum back in the SW.

Man of the match was Jon Cooper who is getting faster and faster with a 2nd place in the last race and a good series. Ben Falat is a tactical genius in those conditions and nailed the tide and shifts every race and a gentlemen stopping me getting lost.

Thank you
