The great Phantom jumble is going ahead probably on Friday afternoon or early evening.
So in support of the RNLI and helping each other in the fleet please search your garage, loft,man cave, shed and get that sailing related gear out that you could well sell to am eager buyer at the Phantom Nationals at Felixstowe.
If you cant find it in yours go and see your other Phantom buddies and raid their hideaways.........you know they really want to help!
We will sort an area where everyone can come together for a good haggle and the only request is that buyer and seller agree a small donation in to the RNLI pot which we intend to support over the weekend in several ways.
I have been informed there are items of equipment there that may well form the basis of light hearted competition for a prize at the end of proceedings.
You will not be alone! There will be a buddy system cunningly engineered to get the experienced and less experienced sailors together. The overall score of your buddy pairing points for the weekend will contribute towards a prize.
So instead of your usual front of the fleet antics you can let down a whole new group of people you have never let down before!!
Conversely you may of course win a prize and new friends for life.
Please make the effort to participate, this is what makes a great event starting with helping the fleet and the RNLI with kit you can bring along and turn in to beer vouchers.
