Inlands
« on: June 25, 2011, 04:53:37 PM »

Hi All

Is there any info available yet re the inlands next weekend ?

i.e. any sort of racing schedule and, more importantly, any plans for Saturday eve at the club or elsewhere ?

Its the Construction Industry regatta at Rutland the day before ( I cant make it this year unfortunately) which will no doubt be good again and also good practise. Last year there must have been close to 20 Phantoms.

I understand that they are still trying to attract entries for Friday and whilst its called the 'Constuction Industry' regatta I think that if you've even been to a Wickes or B & Q or worn a hard hat you can qualify.

Cheers

Inlands Plan:

First race on Saturday 12 noon.
Lunch
Race 2 & 3

Beer 'n' BBQ on the campsite, bring your own beer n food we should have enough "heat".

Hopefully less rain than the winters at Draycote

I will Issus SI and NOR very shortly...

Well, I was fed up about not getting to the Inlands but having seen the forecast, all I can say is, 'hope you have a lovely time'....
I think there may be more beer drinking than sailing!
