Title: 2017 Welsh championship at Llandudno sailing club possibility

Just wondering if there is room in the calendar for a Welsh championship at Llandudno sailing club 2017 and would anyone be interested in us at Llandudno sailing club running one

Would this be for phantom sailors in wales only or can we all come ?

It would be open to all would need atleast 15 entries to put it on
