Titch,
I'll try and remember all the things.

We should have our own in the morning. I think we are 3rd or 4th fleet off. There is a changing room but it is up some very steep beach steps. I generally get changed at home and walk down and then just take some shorts to get changed in afterwards.

Bike would be advisable but it is a little hilly in places.

Eating in the evening is a case of going into town or there is plenty of shops to buy something if you wanted to make stuff in the van.

Hope this helps. If you need any more info then mail me or give me a call:

Tyn y mur is up quite a steep hill,  great for a quick run to the club in morning. Spare brake blocks may be needed !  May take a little more on return home, heart will be pumping hard.
The changing rooms are not large and I wouldn't say leave your kit in there overnight    Dry it on beach after play time and leave it in boat if your not taking it back.
Bacon butties from club in morning, order them get changed and walk down to the beach eating.

Ok all.
It is now official I have booked my campsite Tyn-Y-Mur and asked to be kept away from Titch (Sorry Titch) and paid my fee to the sailing club.
Also had to give the misses the go ahead to book a holiday to Spain with my daughter.
So Abersoch has just cost me a small fortune.

I've just registered for Dinghy Week - really enjoyed it last year despite being soundly thrashed in every race  :-[ ; hoping for a better performance this year now I've spent a bit more time in a Phantom  ;D

All just had a mail from Andy Teague who is the race officer for dinghy week and we currently only have 5 entries. We need 10 to have our own start.
The cut off for "cheaper" entry is the 1st June.

Hi Olly
just rewatching the video from last year makes me want to come but unfortunately I have spent all my money on the boat.
Anybody else not sure have a look in the gallery section, and the weather in North Wales is always like that!
