The Eastern Series 2012 kicks of on the 24/March  with a training day on the Saturday, this is followed on the Sunday by a 4 race Open Meeting. Virtual Rigger will be attending on the Saturday so those of you who need gear for the start of the season if you contact Simon Butterworth he has said he is happy to deliver this directly to you at Alton (get your orders in early !!).
I have booked the pub for Saturday evening. It would be helpful to have an idea of numbers so that we can organise enough ribs ect and to ensure I have booked enough space at the pub. I have provisionally booked 20 but with those that have already indicated attendence (+ the WAGS) I may have under estimated.

Ben, when on the thursday would you want to drop off? the centre is open during daylight hours and am sure if you speak to the guys on reception they'll be happy for you to leave it there for a couple of days. I'm down there on Sunday so will have a word.
