« on: September 15, 2014, 11:43:15 AM »

To ensure that the Association keeps providing the events you as Members want please can you find a few minutes to complete this survey hosted by Survey Monkey.

https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/SWVXPCF

You don't need to be an Association Member to complete the survey, just somebody interested in the Class.

Please complete the survey before 9 October.

Many thanks in advance

Cheers
Ian

Hi JJ
Sorry mate but do you think Dartmouth week would want 50 Phantoms as part of the week? I personally was disappointed we did not go to Plymouth this year, I understand problems with the contacts and at the clubs was the issue. Stone did a fantastic job at short notice, Phil, Neil and the team worked really hard to make it a great event despite lousy weather.
You have an issue in the SW in that many of the stalwarts who have been around that area joined another fleet this year but rumour has it a few will buy a boat again and keep both! So you will get some support in Devon and if we can avoid having the events down there when Ice is till around I would love to join in for the weekend. ( I don't do cold)
Stick with it is a great boat.

I agree with Gordon we don't really want to start running the nationals in ........ Week.
As said the nationals is the "must do event".
Let's wait and see what Ian's survey brings up.

Agreed, also Dartmouth week isn't out of Dartmouth for the dinghys, its Dittisham, where local knowledge is a big  factor, not suitable for nationals even opens imho.
