UP River YC Phantom Open Meeting
Held over weekend of 10 & 11th April 2010

We will be sharing the race course with the National 12 fleet on both days.

Saturday:
2 races back to back - start time 10am from the Clubhouse line by the slipway.
Breakfast: Bacon Rolls, Tea & Coffee will be available in the clubhouse from 8am
Lunch (with cakes) will be served approx. 2.30 (or directly after racing)

Evening:
Dinner will be served in the clubhouse from 5pm.
Bar will be open from Lunchtime till late. Entertainment will be an infamous Up River YC Race Night.
Camping is available on site if you haven’t got a friend nearby, please let me know if you intend to camp. some hotels and b&b's also local

Sunday:
2 races back to back – 11.00 start down river, committee boat start. Allow 20min+ to get to start line depending on wind direction.
Breakfast: Bacon Rolls, Tea & Coffee will be available in the clubhouse from 8am
Lunch (with cakes) will be served approx. 2.30 (or directly after racing).
Prize giving:
As soon as possible after racing on Sunday (approx. 3pm)
Results: 4 races, 3 to count

crache facilities are no prob, plenty of room for your offspring, also for the dog owners dogs are allowed, and there are some cracking walks around aswell

there will be camping available for people who wish to arrive on friday night, i suggest that if anybody who wants to come on friday night, i will book a table at the local indian, cobra and a curry, bonzar

Phantom class captain at Hunts is Mark Barrett - contact phantom@huntssc.org.uk.  Mark is away with his work a fair bit, but I keep a pretty close eye on the forum (although I also am now away for a couple of days) and will try to answer any queries if he can't.
