have never been able to find North South or East Phantom Facebook pages.
The North and East FB phantom groups are closed groups, you should be able to find them with a search, but you need to request approval before you can read or post. Saves spamming.
The main Phantom FB page that Ben recently set up does have a bit of info.
Thing with Facebook is its simple to access and read, forums take a bit more time and effort. Every forum will have the same comment about how FB has killed the forum, not sure if it has or if its peoples lives that's changed how we do things. But that's a whole different discussion :-)
