I think Ed has sorted some formal training out, if not and we can get a rib Titch and I will put on some sprints and give out some helpful on the water advice.  I think we still have the recording of 'get it flat' on repeat still playing from the last session.

I'm sure that Ed will update in due course.

Plenty of long distance travellers coming up for this one so hope the bar is well stocked as I'm sure we will be thirsty by the time we get there...
