Looking for a set of plans

Is there anybody who would like to send a set of plans down to Cape Town?  I'm quite happy to also pay the designer's royalty, but the "official" channel for obtaining plans seems to be experiencing some difficulties.

Yes, thanks for that.  Since posting the previous message, I have been in regular e-mail contact with Moira again, and we are now making good progress on figuring out a way of getting the drawings scanned, which could make things quite a bit easier.
