Soloist, there are Woodies at Alton in the club fleet so you should have company. More are always welcome and I would recommend the venue and event to all those thinking of trying an Open and in need of helpful advise on technique, boat setup etc.

First event I am planning on going to is Carsington ( if the boat is ready by then...)
Also subject to measurement, my boat not be measured yet...
