Brilliant event last year with the sprint format, nice club. I'm sure the it will be packed. And good as the series trophy looks on my shelf I'll bring it to hand over to this years deserved winner for temporary custodianship !!!

Excellent Dave, your getting the hang of the boat now but I feel the need to put you in your place after thrashing me at Bowmoor...
You can register on the Burghfield website with no commitment or upfront payment to give club idea of numbers and to see your competition.
There are 10 of us so far for a blast !!
See you next year Gordon you went well when we eventually got some wind.

Yep, looking forward to another tussle with you Ivan. Nick, the weed in our pond has died away now, so hoping for similar. The joys of fresh water!

forecast looks interesting for a nice sized fleet to wind up the series - shall enjoy watching past & present ST Champions show mere mortals like me how it ought to be done. Hopefully, I'll be ashore by the time young Orman the Orator amuses us with witty anecdotes as he graciously receives the coveted trophy from last years maestro..

Thanks Rob and all your helpers at Burghfield. I enjoyed my racing at the back if the fleet. Seems I need to look up round marking and when I have to give way to all the port tackers !!
I will finalise results and publish next years calendar as soon as I can...
