Spinnaker Open - Cancelled

Hi all,

The Spinnaker open will NOT be held on the 18 Sep as it says on the events list. 

The Phantom experiment at the club is now declared a failure and I've reluctantly had to accept all hopes of building a fleet are doomed.  Pretty gutted, but there you go!

that's a real shame Phil as it was one of the most enjoyable opens of last year. don't worry though cos there are plenty of others that you can come and play at. Maybe you might be able to persuade them again in a year or two

Hi Phil
Simon at our club bought a boat last year only to sell it and buy a Vareo. You are welcome to come and help me remind him what a great boat the Phantom is by disappearing into the distance.
Can you make next weekend for the regatta?
Sorry you are not having the open again in a masochistic way i enjoyed it last year.
