See you Saturday.

if you need anything from the my stock room www.sailsport.co.uk on Sat or Sunday give me  a shout  and I'll bring it along, save the postage, and big discounts for people who are kind to me on the water  (that excludes Tim Hemsley who told me the reasons for my bad starts at the Frensham Frenzy was I was cr*P, 10% extra for him)

whatever you do then Alan apply the same reasoning to Captain Slow...he's just sooo nasty on the water...couldn't be nicer off it though

Hi all,

Saturday was a really useful session for me.  I changed quite a few things about how I run the boat/tweak the rig and mostly how to depower better!  However, the most imprtant lesson, which I already knew but don't manage to do very often, was eyes out of the boat and go the right way!  simples

Thanks very much to Simon for coming down and sharing his wisdom and advice so generously.  Thanks also to all those from Frensham who made the day possible and got it all organised.

Great effort and much appreciated.

Phil

Yes, great to see 12 Phantoms at the training and many many thanks to Simon for giving up his time and helping us all ....  think we all learnt a lot about alien concepts such as raking and great to try all these things without the pressure of worrying about finish position.

Hi Jeremy
I thought the training was very good, did you have any luck sorting out the video footage which was playing hard to get?
Regards
