Elton today staged round four of the series and unfortunately and dissapointingly only three visitors and one home boat attended. The club decided to reduce the entry fee because of the poor turnout and  the racing got under way in a freshening force three to four and brilliant sunshine. The ROD set some challenging courses using the full length and breadth of the resevoir to best advantage and it lead to some good close competitive sailing amongst the fleet.Race One saw Phil Worth from Delph take the honours as he did with Race Two and Alex Morrison from Port Dinorwic taking race Three.Mike Webster from Delph and Mike Seger from Elton battled it out for third and fourth places with Mike Webster edging that one with 2-thirds and a fourth and Seger 2-4ths and a third.
